We had a great stay overall! Spa was amazing, rooms were spacious, modern and had great amenities. Staff was wonderful! The food, especially the breakfast could be improved, but it’s definitely worth a visit.

It was a new and modern hotel. Nicely designed. However, it felt like the employees were still inexperienced, and the service was not that great. The AC in our room didn’t work and the indoor temperature was 25 C. It might be due to the extreme heat while we were there.

Fantastic room, location and food.

Fantastic location, great room with fantastic beds. Very quiet. We had a room with two beds and the teenager could close the door to his own bedroom. Terrace with a sea view. The hotel is brand new and it truly is remarkable. Only a few minor things can be improved: In the rooms it would be nice with a couple of “hooks” on the wall to hang a coat. Also the processes around breakfast were a little quirky - one morning my wife had a coffee latte, the next morning she was told that it would be at an additional cost! And the last two mornings it was back to being a normal order at no additional cost. The breakfast buffet was really nice with fresh juice (and you can also make your own). We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night. Not sure if the staff were too busy or inexperienced - but we got our food without e.g. fries that should have accompanied the steak. By the time they arrived, the steak had definitely cooled. Upon asking for an additional glass of wine, it didn’t arrive until after we had finished the meal and were ready to leave. So there is room for improvement with regards to the service - but the food was very tasty. We didn’t really use the spa… only the small infinity pool.

Mycket tillmötesgående personal i receptionen. Utomhusbad i snö och minusgrader en speciell upplevelse. Tyvärr blir det jobbigt att gå mellan annexen och restaurangen för middag och frukost i samma väder. Allt OK på rummen men det blir också problem med att ta av vinterskorna utan att gå in på heltäckningsmattan och fylla den med grus och snö. Det fanns ingenstans att sätta sig för att göra det jobbet. Ett sommarhotell för båtgäster som lagt upp sina båtar för vinterförvaring runt hotellet? Man lär sig nog under denna hotellets första vinter eller stänger ned inför nästa?

Otroligt ställe! Mysig location, trevlig service personal som var tydliga med all info kring incheckning o så fint välkomnande med hundbädd, skålar o tuggben när vi kom in på rummet. Rummet var 10/10, snyggt inredda och fantastiskt bekväma sängar. Vi är helnöjda med vår nyårsvistelse hos er, ser fram emot att besöka i sommar igen.
