Beware of Presence of aggressive smoke sensors located near patio doors. Doors open out, not slide, creating a vacuum. Years as a platinum hotel traveler, first ever smoke fee applied to room. If Another conference scheduled here, will look for off site accommodations."

"Very unsafe neighborhood and the hotel staff was extremely unhelpful on where a safe place to park my oversized truck. Crazy homeless person chased my truck through the parking area they suggested. "

"Hotel is in a great location for seeing all the major activities in downtown Seattle. Can take the light rail from the airport to about 3 blocks from the hotel. And use Lime scooters to get around everywhere. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast is/was too expensive so I would suggest plan accordingly. I would happily stay here again in the future. "

"The airport shuttle was easy to connect, although the airport signage was a little confusing. The room was clean and updated. Breakfast was well stocked and had many different options. Excellent staff!"
