Cozy studio - easy access to all West Seattle has to offer!

  • New second floor studio apartment above detached garage in a quiet West Seattle neighborhood. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities you’ll need. The couch folds out into a king bed or you can just use one side as a twin. Plenty of street parking and easy access to main bus lines. It is located in our backyard, so you might see us or hear kids playing from time to time. You are required to climb a set of stairs to enter from the outside.

Great place for a couple!

This place was an awesome place to stay in a good area for a little couples weekend! Definitely small but clean and my husband and I are tall (both over 6ft) and the bed was just fine. Cute neighborhood and good location close enough to the downtown but quiet where it is located!

Super cozy in a great location

This place is lovely! It's in a super quiet family friendly neighborhood, with great walking trails right on the water. Close to bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and the water taxi. The pull out bed is surprisingly very comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need to cook whole meals. Great place.

The property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is spotless and very nicely done. There is everything you would need for your stay. The hide-a-bed is not your typical and very comfortable! We will definitely stay again!!!

Clean, well-managed property in West Seattle neighborhood close to major streets. My husband and I stayed there while visiting family in West Seattle during the holidays. The studio was clean, well-supplied, with a large kitchen area and large bath. There was a private entrance close to street parking. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect little getaway spot for 2!

I attended a weekend-long workshop in west seattle, and this was the perfect place to return to each day! The AC was SUCH a relief to come back to, and the neighborhood is so quiet! It was clean, functional, and had all the amenities I needed. Thank you!

Clean quiet Seattle stay

Great little spot above the garage. Very clean and nice. We were a bit wary of the sofa bed but it was actually quite comfy. I don’t know Seattle well but the area seemed safe and quiet. It was also very reasonably priced, especially in comparison to the crazy rates some other properties are posting.

Did not see or meet the host, but communicated effectively via text. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed it for. Only thing I would recommend is putting blinds on the door and windows for more privacy. Felt very safe there. :)
