The hotel is wonderful, and the staff is excellent and happy to help with anything. The laundry room, gym, pool, and restaurant are all great. The room is nice, the only thing that would make it the best is firmer bedding.

Excellent locations. Hotel has great amenities and the location cannot be beat. We were able to walk to local shopping and Redmond Town Center. Brought our dog and they spoiled him. Hotel breakfast was amazingly good!

The staff at the front desk was friendly; smiling and welcoming. The breakfast spread was good, especially the fresh fruit and scones. The rooms were relatively clean although we noticed that the night stands, coffee table etc had a layer of dust even after maid service. Some of the rooms had balconies which is so nice. Very much appreciate having the sofa bed as additional place to sit beyond the bed and desk chair. We would stay here again.
