Absolutely amazing location! Only downside for us is that there is limited space on the ground level so most will have to carry your suitcases up multiple staircases. Location was great, house was great and communication with the owner was great!

The place was just as advertised. Beautiful home with a rooftop deck including a fire pit and fantastic panoramic views of the water & mountains. It’s a great neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and fantastic restaurant options within walking distance.

We loved the home and Alki beach! Stayed with a group of girlfriends for a getaway weekends and many of them said Alki was their favorite area of Seattle. We’ve also stayed in many rentals and this was the most well stocked house w fun little extras like wine and snacks. Thank you!

Great stay in Seattle

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed the house and location during an extended weekend stay. The house was very clean and the 3 levels allowed everyone to have their space. The location is perfect access to downtown seattle as well as SeaTac. The host had everything you needed and was extremely responsive. We hope to be back when it's warmer, but I recommend the home year-round. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect Alki Beach Rental

I rented this home for my out of town family to stay in and this was perfect. The home is light filled, clean and well located near Alki. We loved enjoying sunsets on the roof. The snacks, games, smart TV, and well-stocked kitchen were amazing bonuses. Jonathan was very easy to communicate with.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed the place. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items, pot and pans and basic cooking supplies. The house was bright and well decorated. We were anticipating issue with parking but to our surprise it was not hard to find street parking. The rooftop overlooking the beach was a nice touch. We really enjoyed everything here. Thank you!

Perfect Seattle stay

This property is one of the most beautiful we've ever stayed in! It was gorgeous, sparkling clean, and so well appointed with every amenity you might need. The views from the roof are incredible and the location is perfect. We could walk to Alki for coffee in the morning and see the sparkle off the Olympics. Quiet street with little traffic made it extra relaxing. Would love to stay again on our next trip to Seattle! Thank you!

Amazing weekend at Alki

This place is AMAZING!!!!! My friend and I visited our daughters (and dogs) who live close to the property. We loved the house so much that it was hard to leave. Check in and communication was a breeze. We had to make a change in our reservation midway through and the owners were wonderfully accommodating. DEFINITELY stay here if you have the chance! Great little Italian restaurant just around the corner, beautiful views, showers AMAZING, 5 min walk to beach. Just 5 stars all around!

Hosts Thought of Everything

This place was clean and comfortable and had all the necessities. There were games, snacks, complimentary wine and streaming capabilities to name a few. The rooftop deck was simply a beautiful place to hang out and high quality linen in the main bedrooms was very comfy and promoted restful sleep. There are lots of stairs but that is well advertised in the listing. Close walking proximity to Alki beach and all the beach shops. A lovely get-away.

Safe, friendly, well-established neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, & shops within walking distance or a few minutes drive. Responsible dog owners & dog friendly neighborhood for walking furry family members. Roof top fire pit (warmth & s’mores) & seating is great but the expansive view of the water, sky, islands, & distant mountains is priceless. Perfect, Relaxing Getaway

Cold beverages were waiting for us in the fridge! I’ve never experienced that with any VRBO, but how welcome was that after a long morning of traveling from California - amazing! The residence was perfect. Nicely decorated to feel like a home, yet not cluttered. Everything was modern and clean. Ample natural lighting and the rooftop view with a fire pit is the absolute winner. It was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee and catch up on reading and in the evening to take in the sunset over Puget Sound. Everything in Seattle is a reasonable drive away making this the ideal quiet town to return to. I simply can’t say enough good things about our experience. Definitely planning our next trip back soon!

Nice home. Few challenges

Overall the property was very nice. We had elderly parents with us and all the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Only 1 full bathroom on bedroom level the other full bathroom is on the entry level with kind of an awkward room that wasn’t really easy to use for anything. Also there is no easy parking. You aren’t allowed to park in the driveway. We had to park on the next block over and it was pouring rain the entire time. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again but the place is very nice overall. Perfect for a young active family.
