The location can't be beat. Easy walk to the Ballard historic shopping and dining district, the Locks, the museum and other fun sites. Also, quick walk to the local supermarket. The rental is fully equipped. The host is very responsive. It's really a wonderful place. I've stayed there twice and would happily stay there again.
Loved that basically each bedroom had a bathroom to use. Great location. Parking in the garage is tricky and vehicle MUST be on the smaller side to fit. We had some issues with entry code and heating system but they were addressed right away.
Fantastic in every way! This rental is well appointed, very comfortable and location is exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and basic pantry items and the coffee/tea station is great. The gas fireplace is wonderful on a rainy Seattle day. Furniture is comfortable and decor is nice. The beds are very comfortable and linens/towels are great. This rental is just a few blocks from downtown Ballard with lots of great shops and restaurants and the Famous Ballard Farmers Market. There is a QFC nearby. Host communication was excellent.
Great location in the Ballard neighborhood, walkable and close to the bus lines. Great dining options and a grocery store right down the street. The garage parking spot is only big enough for a small SUV, but this was mentioned ahead of time - there is free street parking nearby. Good communication from the host.
Comfortable and spacious townhouse in a great Seattle location
We enjoyed walks to the locks and botanical garden, as well as great meals in Ballard. Very comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen (with lots of coffee and tea and coffee-making equipment), off-street parking, a lovely little patio, excellent communication from the owner--no complaints whatsoever! Hoping to return soon.

Our son was getting married nearby, and this was a perfect location for both fairly local and long distance family to stay, letting us hang out and miss Seafair traffic. Easy to walk to food, room to stretch out between events.
Our time in Ballard was very comfortable. The neighborhood is great- Sunday market was wonderful. There was also a parade while we were there. We walked from the apartment to the locks. It was beautiful. May places close-by to eat. We would stay here again in the future. Loved the setup of the rental. Three bedrooms with baths was just right.
The house that’s in Ballard is such a great location! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and grocery store! Payton was so attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I appreciate the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals! Our stay was perfect!

We had plenty of room for our family of 4, with 2 teenagers. Centrally located to our family in Ballard and you can walk to literally anything you may need. Home was clean and host was gracious and prompt to respond.
The townhouse was perfect for 2 couples and 2 young adults, and we hosted family dinner for 11. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the rest of the house. It is in excellent condition, well kept and worth every cent or more! AND very close to all the fun shops and sights Ballard has to offer. The host was quickly responsive to all questions.
Wonderful property, the owner couldn’t be more informative or accessible. Immaculate, great kitchen and many well thought out amenities. My whole family loved it. These are not set backs, however you be made aware. If you have multiple vehicles parking can be a challenge and if stairs are a problem. This property is 3 stories. Note: I would book this property again in a heartbeat.
Great stay came here for the university of Washington was a quick ride to the stadium! Great location ton of cool restaurants hang out spots within walking distance!
