Modern Loft in the Heart of Seattle

Beautifully appointed contemporary loft is located inside one of the original Seattle buildings. It offers historic charm and modern conveniences. Hand selected furnishings, soothing colors and lush finishes create a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring multiple attractions nearby. Stay in modern comfort while enjoying rich history of this 1908 building that is on the National Register of the Historic Places. Our property boasts 98 walk score, but public transit is nearby.

Parking garage entrance is 6'7" and parking space is 8ft x 15ft meant for up to midsize vehicles best.

Unit has city sky line exposure and positioned over alleyway between buildings. Occasional sound from passing cars/person may be heard. Since you are in the center of the city, police/service vehicles may be heard from anywhere. For your comfort, we provide a sound machine and ear plugs, but most guests do not find that it's noisy at all.

In our mild climate it is not common for buildings to have AC. However, for our guests' comfort we provide a portable AC from mid May to mid September. Even on a warm day, however, opening the windows and turning on floor fan will keep the property very comfortable.

A great spot three blocks from the water and within 5-10 minutes walking from Pike Place. Incredibly clean, and a nice loft setup. Couch bed was comfortable and loft space was great. AC and fan provided, if needed, although we did not need it.

Downtown living in Seattle.

We enjoyed the location of this nice little loft in Belltown. Lots to do in the immediate area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well.

The space was absolutely perfect for my wife and I for the whole week. You are within walking distance of downtown areas and Pikes Market. Tons of local coffee shops and restaurants nearby giving you many different choices. Parking was under the building, only accessible with the key fob, giving you piece of mind that it was secure. Communication with the host was simple and they respond very quickly. We would highly recommend this place!

Downtown apartment

This apartment was very nice. we enjoyed seeing the city skyline from the back windows. It was located right in the heart of Seattle walking distance from Eliot Bay and Pike's Public Market and the space needle. We had a great time! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Belltown Location

This loft was a great location in Belltown of downtown Seattle. It was very clean and comfortable. So nice to be able to walk everywhere from here, especially the pike place market which is where we spent a lot of time.

If you're trying to get to know the core of Seattle, this place was absolutely perfect. Conveniently close to everything and so charming! We had so much fun exploring town and we really enjoyed staying in and getting cozy too, we had a wonderful time here. I can't wait to go back someday!

Seattle Downtown

It was good to get off a cruise liner and enjoy the space and we were not disappointed. Laundry was heaven sent, fully functional kitchen, good size lounge room, clean bathroom, open bedroom with a walk-in robe. The local tourist adventures all within walking distance and seafood markets, groceries, gifts, entertainment and so on can easily be found. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone and will recommend to all our Australian friends and family, thanks.

Nice visit to Seattle

We enjoyed our stay. It was a little loud in the alley with the trash pickup and restaurants taking out their trash but the property was great. You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Having the washer/dryer was a plus.

Walk anywhere in the city

I loved staying here. Very clean, comfortable and safe. We got the city pass and were able to easily walk to the space needle, aquarium, pikes place market and more. Awesome spot to explore the city. The roof has a view of the space needle too.

Condo is beautiful. Location is great; several great bars and restaurants within 100 feet. Noise in the alley starts early and was the only drawback to an otherwise perfect stay.

Wonderful location, really easy access to restaurants and bars, walking distance to tourist areas and shops. Would gladly stay again! Plus on-site parking. Place was clean and nice, and hosts were great.Only pieces of feedback - would be wonderful if the top blinds worked since it is the level with the bed. Also consider adding a little more detail that you need to fully check in and get a remote before you can park a car, it was a little confusing. Thanks!

This apartment is exactly what it looks like on line. The location is perfect to walk to major attractions. There were several great restaurants within a couple of blocks. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. We will certainly consider staying again and would recommend it to others.

Weekend getaway

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Seattle! The location was perfect (just make sure to bring something to help with the alley noise that comes with the surrounding nightlife)— central and within a reasonable walking distance of most major attractions, making our sightseeing convenient and enjoyable. The place itself was fun and had a welcoming atmosphere, providing a comfortable retreat after our daily adventures. The hosts were amazing, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect place in a perfect location

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The condo was perfect for two people and the location couldn’t be beat. The nightlife and alley noise goes until the wee hours, but it wasn’t bad once we got used to it. That was easily forgotten as the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We will stay again.

Pre-Cruise Stay

We stayed prior to our Alaskan Cruise. Great walkable location with restaurants downstairs and other restaurants and shopping nearby. The loft had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive before, during and after our stay. Only complaint was the noise. Easy walk to the cruise terminal at Pier 66. We would recommend Alex and Jose's place.

Just the Right Spot!

Our stay in Belltown was truly fantastic! This location couldn’t have been better—we walked everywhere, exploring Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and the breathtaking waterfront. Sure, the city noise was noticeable at times, but a quick white noise app on our phones helped us rest soundly after long days of adventure. The property itself was beautiful, with clean and light-filled spaces that made us feel right at home. If our travels ever bring us back to Seattle, we wouldn’t hesitate to book this charming Belltown gem again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
