Could be great one day

The inside was great. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable for 3 adults and 2 children. The walls and floors were very thin, we could hear people walking above us and my kids slept on the sofa bed in the living room and got scared because people kept trying to open the door. The exterior needs some TLC. For the price we paid for one night, they could at least mow the lawn and have the large city garbage bin somewhere else. It was right at the entrance and overflowing. The owners were very friendly and nice and helped us when we were having issues. Answered questions quickly and professionally. Not sure I would stay in that area again. It looks like they are fixing up that neighborhood but it’s not quite ready.

This was the best stay we have had in Seattle. I chose this property over a hotel because of the cost for a two bedroom. The location was fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions. The owners thought of everything. They supplied detergent, small snacks, but most importantly a guide book. We will definitely be back to Washington and will stay here again.
