"We love Dave’s cabin!! We spent a couple nights there last summer and this summer and it is really a dream location. So peaceful and quiet in the corner of the lake (you can hear other people but rarely close by). The cabin is really perfect and has everything you need — many places to sit outside, depending on where the sun is, different types of boats, a gradual entry into the lake with a sandy bottom (or you can jump off the dock!). You’re also very close to town if you need anything, which is great. We really can’t think of anywhere we’d rather be. Thank you, Dave!"

"Incredible property - quiet location, extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The pool kept my kids occupied for hours each day and the hot tub was very relaxing. The hosts were very responsive to questions and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this property."

"Overall was a nice stay. Driveway is pretty steep,You can’t really swim(weeds) though we did rent a boat a few days and the dock is good. I think we left the place cleaner than we found it. 3 boats 3 paddles not really usable. Decent firepit. Adults 7 with 2 children was definitely the limit."

"We just returned from a week stay and there were some pros and cons.Pros:The property management was extremely responsive. Lakefront- beautiful deck, dock and lots of water toys.Dog friendlyBasement was good for the kids- they loved the karaoke machine.Quiet neighborhood, but close to town and about an hour to Portland.Kitchen had everything you need to prep and cook meals.Great fire pitCons:Cobwebs (and spiders) EVERYWHERE. The house could use a good clean inside and out.Windows need replacing- some slam shut.Front (screen) door needs replacing.Sewage smell when on the deck- notified property manager who said they would look into it right away.Basement is not fit to sleep in- my kids wouldn't go near the bed on the floor.Sunroom needed a good clean and replace some of the old furniture.No screen door on the back door. Given there is no central AC, you can't leave the door open to get a cross breeze without letting in a ton of bugs.A lot of trash on the property- could use a good clean up.Expensive for the week, but I guess because it is waterfront."

"The weekend stay was great. Easy check in and the cabin was cute. We were excited to take our boat to the boat launch right down the road. We mostly hung out on the property and enjoyed a fire both nights. We would definitely return for another stay."

"This place was an amazing little gem. It was so clean and comfortable. It's hard to explain how it felt retro but yet brand new. Everything was super organized, labeled and easy to understand.I was able to talk to the owner and they are wonderful people. They are very nice.The representative Eric that I spoke with was super helpful. He was absolutely wonderful. He filled me in on all the details, and gave us all of the information that was needed, more than helpful. The property was tucked away and private, but yet somehow, right in the middle of everything, beautiful little location, highly recommend. My wife and our kids/teenagers had a great time out there playing cornhole, sitting by the fire and being out on the water. We definitely will come back."
