"We were looking for a place to relax and recharge and we found it! Kyle was very kind and helpful from the very beginning. Check in was simple, the cabin was spotless, the shower was hot. The king bed was very comfortable. We loved the big tv in the living room and huge deck with a gas grill. It overlooks calm waters that are home to many ducks! There was even baby gates for the two entrances so our dog could be free to play. There’s a really big yard too. But I must say, my favorite part of our stay was the welcome gift on the table for us! It made us feel special and appreciated! It had local goodies that didn’t last long enough to bring home! It’s the many thoughtful touches that makes Kyle’s place memorable. We definitely recommend staying here!"

"Classic campy lake house. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. There were some cobwebs, but we loved the big screened in porch. Lake itself was busy on the weekends but nice and quiet during the week. Sad that we couldn't use the fireplace or wood stove since the end of the summer in Maine can have chilly mornings. We would have booked again for next year, but the price has gone up significantly."

"We had a family reunion at Sebago State Park and this house and location was perfect. It was very clean and updated. There was plenty of room- everyone had their own bed. We will certainly stay there again in the future. "

"This is camp with minimal upkeep done, old furniture and poor repairs. The house was not clean. The only windows in the living room kitchen area were the sliding doors to the deck. One door had a screen and the other opened onto a screened in area that had ripped screens with gaps between them that let wasps and mosquitos in. The ceiling fans were so full of dust and dirt that we didn't turn them on. The queen bed was actually a full bed. The futons downstairs were so dirty we didn't want to sit on them even to escape the heat. The water pressure was very low in the shower. The surrounding houses are very close. We were up for a funeral so we were happy to get a last minute booking anywhere in the area. I wouldn't rent here again. "
