"My sister and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Suites Palm Bay by IHG for 4 nights while visiting extended family. The place was great, the staff exceptional, our every need was met by friendly professionals. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future. Highly recommended. "The home is newer and nice. We had some issues with the Wifi and the garage door opener, but the Wifi issues were reconciled, and my husband fixed the garage door opener. The house was roomy with a nice, large washer and dryer. There was adequate furniture, dishes, and small kitchen appliances. The primary bedroom needed a ceiling fan. (We went out and purchased a fan for our use.) The primary mattress also needs to be replaced, but the other two bedroom mattresses were fine. If the owner is going to keep it as a rental and not sell it, I would suggest repainting it and make the back yard private and nice so you feel like you want to sit outside."

"Everything was amazing, location could have been closer to the beach but we knew this before we booked so I can’t fault them there. Had a great time and we look forward to booking through the Landing again soon. "

"This is an antique-style property filled with vintage décor. If you love that kind of charm and character, you’ll enjoy staying here. However, if you prefer more modern, updated spaces, this may NOT be the best fit for you. Decor needs sprucing up!It offers excellent VALUE for the price compared to other options between Melbourne and Vero Beach. That said, there are a few trade-offs. The lighting is quite limited, and since most of the ceiling fans include built-in lights, additional lamps are there. The ceiling fan in the Master does not work and the AC works great but blows very cold and loud so it is challenging if you are a light sleeper.On a positive note, the kitchen was very well stocked, which made the stay more convenient and breakfast amazing.The dining room table decor was a distraction to try to work there with a laptop as I need it as a desk.The second room with a QUEEN bed seems to be a bit "overused" and perhaps broken. The WINDOW in that room likely has been cracked and broken for some time and it would take nothing to push it out and sadly get moisture in that room- which does not bode well in FL heat.Josh is a good guy but the place needs updated, repaired, all lights need to work well and not have a dim low light in the evening etc. The patio and backyard are a great space for animals and children. Screen needs 2 be replaced and not taped in place. OVERALL Good value for the BUCK!"

"Truly enjoyable experience. With available washer and dryer, I would bring wash pods since I don’t reuse my towels. Immediate response from owner to questions. Large hampers in every room made it easy to comply with leaving instructions. Large closet in one bedroom was plenty of space to hang our clothing from other rooms but needed a place to hang garments in main bedroom. "

"This is a large and very nice house in a great location. The house sits on a large lot overlooking a lake in a quiet neighborhood. There is almost no traffic around the house. The view from the pool patio is awesome, especially in the morning for sunrise.We were a party of 3 couples and there was plenty of space with room to spare. This house could easily host larger groups then we had.The amenities were great with a washer dryer and dishwasher that made housekeeping easy. The kitchen is well stocked and large. The pool and hot tub were great, especially since the pool had a deep end which is rare.The host was gracious and attentive."

"We stayed 3 nights at the burrow. Such a unique experience and area of “Old Florida.” Come to this property if you enjoy fishing, sunsets, boating and nature. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful.
