"We loved this place. Great for dogs and kids. Not tons of bells and whistles because you don’t need them. The beach is right there and everything else is within minutes walking or driving. We were down for a wedding and just needed a good place to get ready and sleep in between. This was perfect for relaxing and you can hang out right on the beach. Will definitely be returning."

"Great location for our visit with family in the Grant area. Property was pretty much as pictured with a few minor changes. Screened in/heated pool and quiet neighborhood were all a plus. Enjoyed our stay!"

"This property far exceeded our expectations! It was clean, beautiful, well stocked, and right on the beach! We loved waking up to hear the ocean, and walking straight out to it. Robert was responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend a visit here."

"The property was as advertised, having the sports court, pool, hot tub, and beach all right there at the property made our stay with 4 kids 5 & under wonderful. The house was clean and the owner was pleasant to communicate with. Seeing 2 rocket launches from the back yard was a unique experience. "

"Spend 5 nights here and it was a perfect space for the 2 of us. Enjoyed coffee every morning & relaxing nights on the back patio space by the pool. Conveniently located with everything for us pretty much within 10 to 15 minutes, including the beach. Hosts were responsive and offered recommendations. Would not hesitate to book again. "
