"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. "Everything about our stay at The Maybourne Riviera was exceptional. The moment we arrived, the views took our breath away — from the approach to the hotel to the view from our deck, simply stunning. Check-in was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond, even giving us a personal tour and arranging a car to Monaco. We were greeted with champagne in our room and recognized by name everywhere we went — lobby, restaurants, and beyond. Flawless service, warm hospitality, and views that are worth every penny. Truly an unforgettable experience!"
