"Great friendly staff , Alex was very helpful . Breakfast was lovely, a little pricey if not included . Rooms have been renovated to very good standard. Very large bathroom, beautiful towels. Pity roof terrace not ready for a couple of weeks. Location is good once you understand the lift system from ground level of the city. "

"Wow what a find we had room 15 very basic but views are stunning. Staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you. Like going back in time fantastic everything you need is in your doorstep. Parking can be a bit of a problem as only 2 spaces. "
