"We checked in and the tv and wifi did not work staff tried an hour in and out our room then moved us to different room only to have same issues. By 9pm had the issue resolved. Not a great experience."

They went out of their way to accommodate us and help us relax. And wow it’s so beautiful. I went birding first thing and there was so many birds. I could see eagles and seals from our room. It is truly stunning, but I still think the staff were my favourite part!"
