"Easily the best family-friendly hotel, perfectly located in the heart of downtown. The pool, and especially the updated kids activity room came in very handy. Definitely a differentiator. Room lacked good cooking utensils and basic tools, e.g., broom, toilet brush, etc. heat was difficult to control. Photos look better than property condition. "

"In general, we had a pleasant experience. The activities offered at the hotel are well organized and enjoyable. The hotel is truly beautiful and historic, and the location in Old Québec is unbeatable. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere of the property reflects why it is considered one of the most iconic and prestigious hotels in Canada. However, I was disappointed with one aspect of my stay. The heating system in the room was extremely loud and would turn on every few minutes during the night. The noise was strong enough to wake me up repeatedly, which unfortunately made the sleeping experience very poor. For a hotel of this caliber and reputation, I expected a much quieter and more comfortable room environment. I hope the management looks into this issue, because the property itself is stunning and deserves a guest experience that truly matches its prestige."
