"È stato tutto ottimo tranne il fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non è stata quella che doveva essere. Ci hanno detto che il sito non ha aggiornato il tariffario. Nel complesso appartamento pulito mi aspettavo anche gli asciugamani ma non c’erano (quindi portateveli). E nell’appartamento c’è solo una portafinestra quindi di notte bisogna stare per forza con il clima acceso perché non c’è aria."

"Fabulous break in the heart of the countryside with easy access to beaches. All amenities were superb: swimming pool, dining room, buffet breakfast, reception. All staff were super helpful and always cheerful, but Giulia at the pool area went above and beyond to look after all the visitors to this wonderful hotel. We’ll be back!,,"

"Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. Non mi capacito come questo locale sia ancora...

"The apartment has a great location, but that´s where it ends. It was supposed to have wifi included, but we had to pay €35 for the week we stayed there. During a heavy rainfall the electrical wires in the bathroom caught on fire resulting in no power in half the apt. We had the washing machine going which stopped working. "So our stay was short due to cancelled flights but the boutique hotel is great. If you are from the US, you will find a hotel like this in the US. Very authentic Puglia architecture, in an old Plazzo; thus, the name. The staff bent over backwards for us bring up a very late night salad and Burrata when we got in at 1am in the morning,breakfast was outstanding. They drove us over to where our Duvine guides were picking us up. I wish we had a longer stay but highly recommend it."
