We stayed for one night, and everything was perfect. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos, very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Everything described in the listing was there. The host replied very quickly and was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again if I visit Bucharest.

Amazing! I couldn’t make it, so I thought I’d just accept it, but the manager made an extra effort, contacted me through email and phone, to offer me a free night, to compensate me. I’m beyond impressed with this level of customer service! I will definitely come back! Also, the hotel is superb and it opens towards a thousand restaurants in the old town, which feels like a fairy tale of the old ages! Thank you!!!

The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean and fashionably decorated. There was a “fee minibar” and 4 pods of coffee for our 2-night 2-person stay. So enough for 1 coffee each per day. The location is great as it is in old town and a short walk to the main square and pedestrian only zone with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shop. The apartment is very clean and modern. Don’t let the austere look of the entryway door and the foyer disappoint you. The building also has an old elevator. But it works just fine. It has a good location to be able to walk to some of the old town, restaurants and attractions. It has a lovely living room and table. And a very spacious bedroom. My only recommendation to the owner would be to provide newer and thicker towels for bathing.

This room wasn’t a great location to be able to get to the various places I needed to. It was close to public transportation, and I was able to take a bus that got me almost directly to my hotel from the airport. The staff was helpful and my room was clean. Overall, I would recommend it to family and friends.

Metropole is a great hideaway. It is close to all of the nightlife that Old Town has to offer. I would definitely recommend.

Overall the hotel is clean , staff were nice and helpful. it’s walkable to old town .or you can ride the bus around or do the hop on hop off.

Context: We used this as a very short one-night stay moving through Bucharest on our way to Transylvania. It was in the June 2026 heat wave. Location: We took the train from the airport to Gara Nord, then walked with our luggage in Gara Nord to the metro stop, then took the yellow line out to Mihai Bravu and walked 7-10 minutes to the hotel. Stayed o right with a car. If you plan on travelling through Bucharest with a car this facility is perfect. Free parking, close to old town to walk or short Uber drive.
