Before the wedding, we planned a concert at Red Rocks and found this historical house that could fit us all. We had a blast! The house is situated in a State Park and the trailhead to the Red Rocks hike was very close. This was a great hike, but not a recommended walk to the concert. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was off the beaten path and quiet. The house had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the volleyball court down the road and seeing deer right outside the house. It's a bit of a drive to all the activities in the area but not too bad if you plan for the extra drive time. We'd definitely go back!"

"We had an amazing time. Alan and Stephanie are great. The house is clean and well stocked. Sitting on the porch swing and looking out over the valley and mountains was a great way to drink coffee every morning. I will miss the view. "

"The cabin was great. Clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked perfectly. Nice utensils, dinnerware, glassware. This was the best stocked kitchen out of all the places we have stayed. We had a visit from a family of deer. Mama and 3 litters. Would definitely stay again"

"The property work for us well as we needed at least three separate sleeping areas in close proximity to the Sloan's Lake area. The layout is a little weird, and there are a lot of small items that need attention (loose door knobs and fixtures, locks on doors), but it was okay for us as we really only slept there."
