"The room was very clean and the desk clerk that checked me in was great. However, the pool was down for maintenance. Very disappointing 😞 I mean for $90. I left a bag at the hotel and when I called for it they said they didn't have it. But housekeeper found it and called to let me know. But the next day I called and they didn't have it. So my friend went up there and still no bag. I called up there and a man told me that they couldn't find it. I explained they had located it once so I knew it was there. He was rude and hateful and told me it must not be important or I wouldn't have left it. They found it 2 days later thank goodness. Some people are just rude 😒 Very nice room comfy beds and good breakfast. Fix the pool."
