The elevator was being worked on. The gap under the door was probably half an inch so it allowed for a lot of noise. The rooms weren’t carpeted so the noise just echos. The sheets on my bed had a dirty spot. The staff were friendly. It was reasonably priced.

The staff was nice. Breakfast is what you would expect. The pool is NOT heated so that was disappointing as a heated pool was one of the reasons we chose this property. The elevator did not work soooo if you cant do stairs make sure to ask for a ground floor room.

If youre looking to chillax in the room, i wouldnt recommend. It was a very noisy hotel. I could hear all the neighbors conversations, the house keepers, etc. Thought it was odd that there wasnt a clock in the room and the breakfast was the worst ive ever had

BEST HIDDEN GEM

Absolutely LOVE this hotel. They are kind compassionate, accommodating , clean , comfortable etc. their manager Andy is awesome. This place is a hidden Gem and I am glad we found it. Andy went above and beyond to help us and gave us a room on the first floor to help us as their elevator wasn’t in service and my mom is disabled. The beds are like clouds and they have a bunch of pillows on each bed. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they have thermostats on the walls you cns switch from heat to cold anytime with no issues. The showers get nice and hot and have wonderful water pressure. They have good size fridges a refrigerator and microwave and also have breakfast in the morning from 6am-9am that has the best eggs, sausages, pancakes, biscuits, juices, cereals, muffins, bagels, yogurt, banana, apples, oatmeal’s with toppings and so much more. You will be happy you chose this place. Like I said it’s a hidden gem off the highway on the outskirts of Wichita but you are still in Wichita basically. It’s my favorite go to place now. I would give this place 100 STARS if possible.

No hot water!!! At 4:15 am the person working the front desk talked to me as I got coffee. At 5:21 am, I called the front desk to complain because there was no hot water in my room. He told me it would take 20-30 minutes for the water to get hot. Why didn’t he tell me that when he saw me an hour earlier?!!! Why didn’t the person checking me in the night before tell me that?!!! Why are they operating a hotel without hot water?!!! I don’t know if the water will get hot after you ask them to turn it on and wait 20-30 minutes, because I didn’t factor that wait time into how early I got up for work. The building and staff were otherwise nice. No hot water and not disclosing the fact means I won’t be back here.
