Good breakfast, great location, comfortable rooms. Only quibble is the parking at the back. It was tight because of the angle and people with big cars tied up a lot of space. Bottom line is this was a quibble and I would return to this hotel either way.

This was a great place to stay. When it comes to cleanliness, I am a freak…. This place was so clean. The people were so nice. The breakfast they made was excellent. It’s a cozy quaint place it’s like it’s hidden. We had a master bedroom suite. It was like a small apartment with a balcony in the views were gorgeous. It was convenient to every place that we wanted to go to. And to a Safeway for groceries, if you need to put things in your room. Restaurants. Hiking Sedona was beautiful like nothing I have ever laid my eyes on. I usually go to beach areas. This was truly a delight for my husband and I. I would really recommend staying at this place. I really can’t find anything wrong about it. And I can be a very picky person. A lady from Texas.

This is a lovely gem of a place. Usually, I shy away from bed and breakfasts; I don't like being in a small room and having to sit at a table with other guests while eating breakfast. A Sunset Chateau is like a suite experience, with a large bedroom and bathroom, sitting room, small kitchen and eating area. The grounds are lovely and quiet; breakfast is tasty. The staff are friendly and take great care of you. We would totally stay here again.

The room was amazing and the views out the front door were incredible especially at sunrise and sunset. On a quiet little street tucked out of the way but easy to get to and from. Breakfast was very good also. They have a special of the day that everyone gets or they can choose a simple alternative option. The specials are very good and so was the coffee. Very nice stay for us near a lot of great hikes and views!

I surprised my husband with a weekend getaway and this place was absolutely amazing. The suite was super cozy and romantic and honestly made us feel like grabbing some wine and relaxing on the couch with amazing Mountain View. We WILL come back! Also, breakfast was great!! Absolutely lovely stay. Everything was impeccable. The room was spotless and so cozy. And it was exceptionally decorated. It truly felt like a stay in a spacious but cozy home.
