While a little outdated and in need of minor repairs in the rooms, it is an excellent stay and I’d definitely book there again. It’s a very nice atmosphere with lots of options for hanging out by the pool or around the hotel. Staff is very friendly

We were very satisfied with our stay at Arroyo Pinion Hotel. The only surprising and unsatisfactory thing was the very low-quality breakfast. It had us wishing we were at a Hampton Inn. After the first day we went out for breakfast every morning.

My highlight of the trip was the bathtub in our room, it was very relaxing and clean . Not to mention free snacks and drinks are available at the front desk which is so sweet if you’re on the go and don’t have time to stop anywhere out of the way! Their breakfast was top notch with egg frittatas and ham. They even have snacks provided all day so that was helpful. The pool is like a resort and there's so many places to enjoy on the property. Unfortunately you could hear everyone stomping around due to the floors being very thin. Overall we'd stay there again

The room and bathroom were clean,quiet and very comfortable. The fridge, microwave and coffee in the room were appreciated. The staff were very kind, friendly, helpful, and made check in and check out extremely easy. The grounds and pool were beautiful. The breakfast was amazing with an awesome variety of options. It was just an all around wonderful experience. West Sedona being less traffic made the location perfect. Thank you!

This review is given through the lens of it being in Sedona. A affluent destination that is expensive in general. The property is clean and while the rooms are dated, there is clearly care for the maintenance and beddings. For those looking for more current accommodations they may be disappointed but for those looking for solid basics the Arroyo Pinion is perfect. The location is convenient with access to the Sedona shuttle and many walkable places. There is a great beer garden called Basecamp and even the local library is walkable with a great courtyard. Breakfast is basic but solid, and available drinks and fruit make the lobby welcoming. A solid value and friendly staff make this place ideal if you are exploring Sedona and need a place to recharge after an active day.
