  • Welcome to Casa Kokopelli! The perfect Sedona experience begins with the Red Rock formations, in an inconspicuous, yet accessible setting. Our house overlooks Boynton Canyon, one of the largest and most impressive landscapes Mother Nature ever created. There's a reason hot-air balloons frequent this area! And while the downstairs gourmet kitchen and living area immerse you in this natural wonder, the unimpeded views from the upstairs master bedroom balcony will take your breath away. There may be no better place to enjoy your morning coffee than this spot, which includes a no-muss, no-fuss gas kiva fireplace to ward off the chill of daybreak. Memories start right here!

    If you can peel yourself away from this spectacle, you’ll find that all of the fun available in West Sedona is only a mile or two away. The neighborhood is located a couple of blocks off of the main drag, so it’s easy to get to all of the restaurants, shops, and activities Sedona has to offer. Yes, your one-acre vacation oasis provides both breathing room AND convenience!

    After an action-packed day of exploring, come home and take a dip in the heated pool or hot tub, whichever suits your mood. When darkness falls, look up… and experience the miracle of the Milky Way as you’ve never seen it before.

    With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, we can easily accommodate up to six fun-seekers in complete style and comfort. So get your group together, make your reservation today, and get ready for the perfect Sedona experience!

    For the health and safety of all guests, we implement wellness practices recommended by VRBO/HomeAway. These include contactless self check-in, extensive use of disinfectants, post-stay whole-home ventilation, and 24-hour minimum "blocks" between bookings.

    The home features three outdoor security cameras:
    1) The front entrance door camera shows the front door walkway areas.
    2) The backyard pool area camera shows the entrance gate, pergola, pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower areas.
    3) The upstairs picture window camera allows us to enjoy balcony views of Sedona, but also shows a very small portion of the front yard area.
    All cameras are turned off during guest occupancy. Guests are welcome to cover any camera to enhance their privacy. Additional details are available in the home’s User Manual.

Wonderful accommodation! Everything was as described online and the hosts were incredibly helpful and thorough. The home was clean and fully stocked, we loved the pool and outdoor area, the views are unmatched, the location is convenient but also out of the downtown craziness and overall feel of the home is relaxing and enjoyable. Only thing to note is the master upstairs is a loft and no option for blackout shades/darkness for sleeping in any of the rooms so bring an eye mask or window cover for children if needed. We'll be back!

Best stay in Sedona!

Location was perfect—lots of privacy but very close to stores/restaurants in West Sedona. House was clean and very well cared for, with everything we needed. The pool was amazing, and exactly what my little kids needed to enjoy the Sedona sun. We could see hot air balloons in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The owner communicated and it was overall an excellent stay. Will definitely return!

Stunning Views! Beautiful home! Great Thanksgiving holiday! Hosts were fantastic and attentive. We cooked several delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen while hanging out in the great family room and kitchen area. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace inside and the hot jacuzzi outside after our hikes. Location was perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants, hiking trails, but far away from the traffic. Wonderful Comfortable accommodations for three couples.

Amazing everything - book it now!

This home was not just a beautiful home, in a beautiful location. This home was the cleanest, best stocked, most accurate description/pictures we've stayed in. The pool and hot tub were wonderful in the AZ heat. It was a short drive to both trailheads and shopping, and yet while at the home, everything felt very private. The huge balcony off the master was an oasis for our whole family to watch the sun rise and set and to enjoy the stary skies at night. We would stay here again and again; everything you'd want a vacation home to be!

Amazing vacation and views

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless on checking in. On the counter in the kitchen was a very detailed guide for everything in the house and surrounding areas which we found very helpful. The description of the house and amenities are accurate, the views of the red rocks are breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped (including incidentals) and the pool/hot tub were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to this house again when visiting Sedona. Dagan and Kim have thought of everything!

Gem of a property!

The location and views out the windows are breathtaking! It's not a traditional fenced in yard like in a development. You can walk right out door and hike to trails or walk around property. Houses are spread far apart. There is an upper deck to sit out and enjoy views or even watch tv. We wouldn't think twice about staying there again!
