Great Place

Really great place. Well stocked, quality furniture. Beds were some of the best. Comes with a separated “apt” room that’s nice to work in or have privacy. Close to downtown and nice views. Would stay again.

Amazing property with a fantastic view

We absolutely loved our stay in this home and the view was more breathtaking than the pictures online. Location was incredibly convenient, House was very well appointed for cooking. We appreciated all the great southwestern touches and decor. We will definitely be back!

Views for days

Great location near shops, restaurants and hikes. House had all the amenities you could want and the views are amazing! Great spot for viewing the stars at night. Would definitely visit again!

Fantastic Stay

The home and location really can’t be beat! Great views with the wrap around patio, outdoor grill and plenty of seating to take in all the stars at night. Alicia was awesome from start to finish. Look forward to staying again!

Great location, wonderful home and views

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Sedona. The weather was cold and even snowed one morning during our visit. The views from the property made it the perfect place to stay indoors and watch the snow fall. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this Sedona house. The house is beautiful, very clean, and had many little touches (spices in the kitchen, guidebooks in the laundry room) that were so welcome. The location was great - a short walk to the Broken Arrow Trail trailhead and across the street from a park and ride Sedona shuttle. Alicia was a wonderful host.

Beautiful house, great location

We all had a wonderful time at Alicia's lovely home. She is an excellent host, very friendly and responsive. The house is well located, close to many areas of interests (shopping, hikes, etc.). Wonderful

The views were breathtaking. The house was gorgeous - like, out of a magazine. There was a separate space for my mom so she could “escape” from us and the children (😂), but she was within arm’s reach. The proximity to everything was perfect. It was an incredible place to stay! I would 100% stay there again.

Comfort with a view

This is an extremely comfortable property with spectacular views. Location is ideal for heading downtown or out to the many trails in Sedona. Would definitely recommend this property for 2-3 couples our families of 4-6. One of our favorite features was playing music records on the turntable in the living room. Selection of music was perfect for our group.

Great Central and Walkable Location

We enjoyed staying here with our adult children. It has comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, and a nice common room to hang out. There is plenty of outdoor deck space with views of cliffs to the East and north. We enjoyed walking into town and also walking to local trailheads. Easy drive to other great trails. We would rent this place again.

Sedona home

This home was modern and comfortable. We hiked every day and we were no more than 7 to 15 minutes away from our trail head. It’s a great location and quiet. The deck outside was lovely to sit in the evening and look out at the red rocks. We would stay there again if we come back to Sedona.

Gorgeous property!!

My friends and I stayed in this house during a conference and had an incredible time. The home is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. It included everything we could possibly need. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was the best it could be. This is the only place I will stay whenever I come back to Sedona. Convenient location but quiet and peaceful.

What a great house. Alicia the host could not be more helpful. The house is in a great location with spectacular views of the mountains. The house was exceptionally clean with comfortable bed and furnishings. The location is minutes from restuarants and shopping. Highly recommend this house for a great Sedona experience.

House was immaculate, updated, very good quality kitchen gear, great bed and linens, tasteful decor, A+ owner response, great views. Large deck area with views, seating and Weber grill. Bright open space living area with large windows and great views, even from the kitchen. The vrbo pictures are spot on. Overall outstanding property and would definitely stay again!

Perfect for my family

Just as advertised, this home was beautifully renovated and was simply immaculate. High end all around with comfort clearly in mind. Alicia was incredible responsive and super friendly. The location could not be better, close enough to everything Sedona without having to worry about the crowds. My family of five had a blast and cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that feels like home, is close to it all but manages to avoid the crowds, you cannot do better!

Girls weekend

Wonderful home - exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. The owner was very communicative and the views from the wrap around deck was spectacular. Only minor nit was there were areas that could have been better cleaned. But not a biggie. Would definitely go back.

Lovely week in Sedona

Overall, a great place to stay. Convenient location just south of downtown Sedona and with good views of the Red Rocks. Lovely home which was very clean & really well stocked. All we needed to buy was our food. Brand new Samsung kitchen appliances, nice washer & dryer, and a great walk-in shower. Also, a very nice separate one bedroom suite with kitchenette that worked out great. The property host is five stars! She treated us so well and stayed in touch from our booking through our departure. Would love to stay there again!

Spring Break in Sedona

Our family of 6 stayed for 2 nights as the first stop during our Spring Break vacation. Sedona is amazing, just gorgeous! And the house was perfect. The windows and porch showcase the beautiful views, the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook dinner, and the bedrooms had the most comfortable mattresses EVER, so nice after a long day of hiking. Alicia was a terrific host, gave us great suggestions for grocery stores and restaurants, and stocks the house with personal touches that made it feel like home. Would definitely recommend!!
