The owners were great to work with, the accommodations are spacious, the community is delightful, the parks are dramatically beautiful.

We spent most of the time out of the house, but the time we did spend at the house was usually early morning or late night when all of the Javelinas and their offspring would walk by the front and back of the house.

There’s so much to enjoy about this lovely well-appointed home in a beautiful Sedona neighborhood. The owners have thought of everything! For us, the access to the garage for loading/unloading as well as the outdoor seating and great areas to walk with our dog and take in the views were super benefits. We highly recommend this home!

This is a great place. Very comfortable and has everything you need. You feel like you never left home. The house is very clean and owners were so accommodating definitely recommend staying here. Property is close to all things in Sedona yet out of the city enough to get away from it all.

I loved everything about this property it was so welcoming and comfort table. Every little thing was considered- even water in a bowl for the dogs when we arrived. Walking distance to bell rock. Nice neighbors. Beautiful surroundings. I’ll be back!

The house was perfect and the beds were very comfy. The best part about our stay is how responsive and accommodating the host was during our stay. The TVs were also very new and perfect for our needs during the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property with a very mid-century modern design and layout. Quiet neighborhood, located close enough to all the action but far enough to avoid all of the crazy traffic. Has the perfect Sedona vibe to relax.
The property was clean and well-equipped and even had some items for toddler travelers. We traveled in some cold weather and the house was nice and warm. We used the log stove for some added ambiance and heat.

Comfy king bed and bedding, nice dishes, pots, and pans. Was a perfect location for us. Close to golf, hiking, and the easiest biking trail(which still challenged us). Enjoyed large screen smart tv in the evenings with our own Utube TV and Netflix accounts. The place was very clean and all appliances work perfectly. Only thing I was unhappy about was the large deposit or the $79 damage insurance fee. I have a very high rating as a renter with reviews.

This property is beautifully located and decorated, It's well-stocked, spacious, and conducive to both privacy and socializing with housemates. Large rooms, courtyard-style front patio, lovely landscaping, quiet neighborhood - removed from the traffic of the busy downtown area. We cooked every night in the well-equipped kitchen. We sat on the patio and watched the stars at night. Drank our coffee out there in the sunny mornings. Made a fire in the wood stove one night and really enjoyed conversation (and wine) in the living room space. Easy access for check-in, super-easy checkout. Would stay here again!

If you want a great place to stay that has easy access to some of the best intermediate/advanced riding/hiking in Sedona, look no further. This is a fairly new listing so we were a little nervous about taking the plunge. I am so glad we did. It IS new, and the owners have really got it dialed in with everything we needed. Comfy bedding, new, memory-foam mattresses, smart TVs, a fully-equipped kitchen with nice pots and pans. During our 4-day stay we cooked every meal in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The main selling point is location. It is in a very quiet neighborhood within a short ride of Little Horse, the Hogs, Slim Shady and the Bells. No worrying about trailhead parking cuz you can just peddle or walk. Double Bonus: Eden is a super-responsive house manager.

Rino and Ana’s house was perfect - great space, wonderful location, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Except for one thing - the heat failed on the third night of our seven night stay, couldn’t be repaired for the duration of our stay, and no compensation was offered.
We know that the heat failing wasn’t their fault. A part broke, and a replacement part was not available. The living room had a small wood stove, and there was a good supply of Duralogs ( which unfortunately didn’t fit into the stove easily so that putting them in was always tricky). Their local rep also brought two space heaters to the house. As a result, we could keep the living room warm during the evenings. However, in the morning the house was down to about 62 degrees, and took hours to warm up, resulting in our being quite uncomfortable. We were surprised and disappointed when no compensation was given, and can only say that in this regard, we received very poor customer service.
Bottom line: great place as long as nothing goes wrong.
