The Space:

As you enter, you’re immediately welcomed by a beautiful stained-glass wall that adds character and charm. The open-concept layout allows for spectacular views from almost every corner of the house, providing an uninterrupted connection to Sedona's natural beauty.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and out to the amazing views of Courthouse Butte and the surrounding landscape. In the master bedroom, a cozy queen bed awaits, while the second bedroom has two twin beds that can easily be converted into a king bed. The single bathroom offers a shower for your convenience.
Step outside to the front deck, where you can enjoy unobstructed views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte—the scenery is nothing short of amazing. The back patio, carved into the red rocks, creates a tranquil and beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the landscape. This home offers a truly rejuvenating experience, blending nature, comfort, and design in a way that is unmatched.
The Neighborhood:
Next to the chapel of the holy cross. Perfect views. Near hiking and biking trails, vortex sites, restaurants, tourist attractions, galleries, night life, shopping and more!
Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free Sedona Shuttle for trail head transportation.

We do not accept mail at this address.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
No Pets!
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
Do not use the fireplace.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
