The Space:
This spacious home offers a perfect combination of comfort and stunning views, ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy the beauty of Sedona.
Upper Level: The stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the spectacular Red Rock views. The dining table comfortably seats 8, making it easy to gather for meals. The expansive, open living space features an air hockey table and plenty of seating for everyone. Step outside to the wrap-around deck, complete with a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a dining area, offering incredible views of the surrounding landscape. The master bedroom includes a king bed, private ensuite bath, and backyard access, providing a peaceful retreat. A second king bedroom shares a full bathroom with the upper level, adding convenience for larger groups. The home also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Lower Level: The queen guest room provides outdoor access, offering a serene spot to enjoy the fresh air. The lower-level living space has a comfortable seating area, TV, and bunk beds with two twin beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests.
Additional amenities include streaming-only TVs, carport parking, and no garage access. This home provides a relaxing and functional space to unwind after exploring Sedona’s natural beauty.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, via keypad code, at 4 pm on the date of check in, until 10 am on the date of check out.
The Neighborhood:
Well loved West Sedona neighborhood near hiking and biking trails, restaurants, galleries, vortex sites, shopping and more.
Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.
Other Things to Note:
Window blinds on upper level are on on motor. They cannot be pulled on.
No indoor or outdoor fires.
No garage access.

No exceptions.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
No Pets!
Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request.
We do not accept mail at this address.
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
