The space
Kitchen:
The fully stocked kitchen features everything you need: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, and a Brita water filter. A small starter supply of coffee will be available to help get your stay started. You will also find a BBQ grill on the back porch for easy outdoor cooking.

Living Room:
Relax in the inviting living room with a smart TV, where you can log into your favorite streaming services. The sofa is a pull-out bed that can sleep two guests.

Bedrooms:
You will find two cozy bedrooms—one with a king bed, the other with a queen—plus a pull-out sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Internet:
High Speed internet is provided during your stay.

The true magic lies outdoors—this home features three incredible outdoor spaces:
A private backyard for quiet relaxation
A side porch with sweeping red rock views
A front porch with a fire pit, perfect for watching the sunset on the red rocks

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property starting at 4:00pm the day of check in.

This area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. NO parties allowed.

Check out is 10 a.m.

If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us after 1pm the day of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

***FYI we do have regular landscape maintenance that occurs on the first Monday of every month. Please be aware that a crew will be working around the yard for about an hour if you're stay falls on that day.

Please do not exceed the occupancy of 6 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
