Walk through the front double iron gates to an open living room and a partial wrap-around deck that will certainly invite you to entertain, BBQ, or even star gaze. From there enjoy a modern updated kitchen, dining nook, and a yoga/relaxation sun room. This home has many inviting spots for relaxing and taking in Sedona's breathtaking nature. BEDROOMS:



On the opposite side of the home are the three bedrooms. Master bedroom sits at the end with a large walk in closet and en-suite. Other bedrooms are another single queen and a double queen bunk bedrooms. Both the master and the room with the single queen bed have access to the yoga/relaxation room.



GROUNDS:



Enjoy the spectacular views surrounding the property from either inside or from the balcony galore with its brick and native Arizona landscaping.



House Rules



Two pets maximum allowed with a $200 nonrefundable pet fee each

Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each

Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.

A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.

6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.



For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
