This is a gorgeous new construction modern home. Enjoy relaxing among the Red Rocks in your 5 bedroom home, each with their own ensuite bathroom. There is a huge kitchen to cook meals or layout on the large island. Downstairs is your very own theatre hooked up to cable, smart apps, and a DVD player along with a ping pong table and video game. You can relax in a large 8 person hot tub downstairs or intimate 2 person hot tub on the balcony upstairs. Grill on a large natural gas grill and enjoy your meal on the star gazing deck. Wonderful
Property was great, stayed with my family and my brother’s family. 4 adults and 5 teenagers. Was the perfect spot to enjoy Sedona and keep the kids entertained when at the house. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house and great views. Loved the theatre room for evening movies, and the outdoor relaxing areas for resting and chatting. Everything we needed for ages 12 - 91.

Wedding Retreat
We rented this beautiful home while in town for a wedding. It was beyond perfect for the 4 families that stayed together! It provided plenty of individual space, entertainment and beautiful views. No one wanted to leave! The home was lovely. The kitchen even had seasonings and condiments in the refrigerator, which was unexpected but nice!

From the time I reserved this beautiful home I knew it was going to be a great place. Megan the host was amazingly responsive friendly and so accommodating. The location was a nice quiet neighborhood the check-in was the easiest I've ever done. Usually when you check into a new home there is a very thick book of all the things that you can do and you can't do and check in and check out procedures, not this one it was short and to the point check out was one of the easiest places we've ever stayed. The home is absolutely beautiful perched up on a hillside. And had every amenity one could ask for including an eight-person hot tub and a private hot tub on the balcony off of the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything anyone could need the living room was comfortable and the patio was lovely especially at night for stargazing. The downstairs has a theater room that my kids loved a ping pong table a video game a full kitchen and three bedrooms. There were 12 of us and everyone had plenty of room and the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone you will not be sorry that you stayed in this lovely home.

We were in Sedona for our daughter’s wedding. We rented this house as a home base for all and it was absolutely perfect! Lots of fun things for everyone and great spaces to meet. I can’t recommend this beautiful home enough! Oh…and Sedona is a dream!

Great trip to Sedona
This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect! We had 2 families, 4 adults, 4 kids and there was so much space! House was stocked with anything you could think of and a short trip to town. Great location! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, new, luxury property
Our two families (8 total) had a wonderful stay at this home. It was great in so many ways — and really no complaints. Everything is brand new. The appliances are high quality. The kitchen was well-stocked. The media room was a hit for nighttime movies. We loved the outdoor space. Even the little details were nice — like supplying quality toilet paper, detergent, etc. It’s worth noting that driving north on Hwy 179 can take some time with traffic, but it was worth it. We appreciated the quiet. Highly recommend. Reality is better than the pics.

Magnificent house
This was the perfect house for my family reunion of 11. The house is gorgeous inside and out. We loved the movie room and had a fabulous ping-pong tournament. The location was perfect for a nice walk into town. Kitchen was very well stocked and has high-end appliances. Highly recommend house for a large group.

Terrific Stay in Sedona
We had a great week in sedona. House is well equipped. Need to sort the ice maker in the refrigerators, but had a small counter one which helped, but needed to purchase ice bc we were a large group. Kitchen is well stocked and bedding was high quality.

Simply Fabulous!!
Cannot say enough about this superb home! The location and views from the property are stunning. It is newly remodeled and immaculate. It has everything you need to have an exceptional, fun experience. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and everything you need if you enjoy cooking. There are televisions in almost every room. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom and there are 2 more 'guest' bathrooms. The deck includes a huge barbeque, lots of seating and a fire pit. The downstairs entertainment area is top notch and includes a video machine with numerous games, a ping-pong table ( which we used every night ) and an amazing movie room with 10 reclining seats and a huge projection screen. There were 8 of us who stayed at the property, and we all discussed coming back for a longer stay. Highly recommend!!

Family trip Memorial Day Weekend
This is modern brand new, well located and spacious home. The jacuzzi, ping pong, BBQ, fire pit & movie theater made for fun times after hiking. It’s close to Chapel of the Holy Cross & Cathedral Rock and many other Sedona “must dos”. Even on a busy Holiday weekend it was easy to get to the best spots. This is a great place for large family trips!
