"Person who took care at the over night time I was asked about late check out for next day The staff just woke up , she looks like don’t want to take care about me She said there is no late check out After that just gone back to sleep While i am standing in front of reception desk I have been to this resort several years before I already know they have a late check out after pay So next day when i ask the lake check out They said yes ! It was horrible experience in there Please don’t hire that lady She is disgusted customer service "
