"I was due to arrive on Friday 27th Jan due to my 11 yr old son collapsing at school and being diagnosed with a serious heart condition I had to cancel the trip. The hotel refused a refund and when Expedia approached them on my behalf, they did not answer their phone or e-mails. Terrible customer service."

"Room was clean but dated, with random screw sticking 1 cm out of the floor carpet, creating a trip/cut hazard. Breakfast, which we paid for, was not served until 800 am, and we had to leave for the airport at 700 am, so received no breakfast. Not even coffee was available at 700 am, as far as we could tell. No gasthaus staff were present when we checked in at 600 pm or when we left at 700 am, and the restaurant was not operating. "

"We stayed in Gastehaus Flora for one night, the reservation made just the day before our stay due to a mixup in another booking. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room on the second floor. "Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind superfreundlich und immer offen für Fragen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In dem kleinen Ort gibt es in 2min Fußweg Entfernung einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Edeka und 2 Gaststätten, in denen man gut essen kann.
