This beautiful post and beam cottage features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, living and dining area with over 20 ft high cathedral ceilings. There is 300 feet of frontage and southern exposure with sun all day on the large private dock. Whether you are sitting on the dock by the water, on the wrap-around deck or by the cozy wood fire stove, there are panoramic views of Lake Joseph. Close to Rosseau, the Lake Joseph Club and Rocky Crest, there are an abundance of activities and dining options located just 15 minutes away. Situated in a quiet bay, one can enjoy swimming or water sports while avoiding boat traffic on the main lake.
