This is a beautiful waterfront destination designed for hosting and making beautiful memories. The heart of the home is the open concept living and dining area. The kitchen features sprawling granite countertops, double ovens, and a large center island.

- The breakfast bar is an additional dining option.

Relax in the shade of the covered patio or beneath a canopy of trees overlooking the water. Enjoy grilling and yard games like cornhole.

**For your safety peace of mind there are EXTERIOR security cameras which you can view from the security monitor within the home.**

The home is free of paraben and fragrance filled cleaners/detergents. No scented plugins are used in the home. It’s our goal to take steps to create a little less toxic living environment. Perfect place to stay

The property is extremely clean and just as it was described. The bedding is comfortable, the bathrooms had plenty of linens. If I every need to go back I would definitely go back to this home.

Very peaceful area. The house was very cozy with a large kitchen and living room. Also the whole house has been updated with new appliances, floors, and every room. We enjoyed our stay in Seguin.

Great House and Location

The House was perfect for our larger family to stay at for the weekend. Plenty of room for everyone, the river view, backyard was perfect. Plenty of privacy, and very quiet location. We didn't have time to explore Seguin, but if I get the chance to return, I will be staying here again. Thanks.

BETTER than advertised!!

This home far exceeded our expectations!! We came for a regional track meet for my daughter. The host left personalized messages for her and welcome cookies for all of us!! It was wonderful!! We enjoyed it SO MUCH, we are planning to travel back for a family vacation and enjoy the area and attractions even more!! HIGHLY recommend!!! 10 stars on a scale of 5!!!

Will be back!!

Came into town to watch my son play football at TLU. She had the house decorated in TLU colors and not knowing had my flowers out in the kitchen with fresh chocolate chip cookies. House was huge with plenty of space for us. Games and activities for the kids and close to everything. Our family loved this location and plan to be back.

Everything we needed and more

We came in to gifts of hospitality (eclipse glasses and magnets) and a welcome note. The property is beautiful and was great for our dog. Fenced yard, dog treats, clean up bags and towels. The Guadalupe River is serene and broad. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and bbq grills to cook anything we wanted. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. Just very big for the 4 of us. Hope to come back sometime with a few more! Great stay!

Family staycation- Quite and Relaxing

Modern and recently updated. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and open floor concept. It was nice having the primary bedroom “away” from the additional bedrooms. New beds, linens, mattresses etc. The primary bathroom shower is newly renovated- very lovely. The property is beautiful with a very stunning view! It’s a riverfront home- not a touristy party spot. We enjoyed family time at “Addy’s Place on the River”and will be back again!
