"I rented the Parlor House for my daughter's bridal party and other wedding helpers in the days surrounding her wedding. The home comfortably accommodated 8 guests and had ample space and supplies in the modernized kitchen to cook for the group, along with both indoor and outdoor dining tables. "Only two complaints I have are: the A/C didn’t work, and it didn’t look like it was cleaned recently. Overall cabin was clean, but quite a few spider webs and a few dead bugs at the sliding door opening. To be fair, vrbo didn’t notify the property manager that we were checking in, so they found out at 4:30pm the day of check in when I called. Also, the A/C issues could’ve happened to anyone and were just bad luck. The property manager came to our cabin after 11pm to try and fix it, but no luck....

"Nice distance to all the surrounding towns. Nice peaceful views from rear deck to a dry lake bed that we had been advised of. Quiet and the stars outside make this the perfect retreat! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We had an office retreat had a great time. They were about 10 adult adults and we fit so comfortably so much room. The house had so many activities we loved it can’t wait to go back."

"Sam was such a great host! She went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay and made my girlfriend's birthday weekend very special. She even baked a cake and set up decorations. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need and more. We also enjoyed the boat ride and paddle boarding! Would love to stay here again in the future."

"Got to Seguin and couldn’t get our code to get into the house. Messaged the host and wouldn’t respond. Ended up having to get a refund and find somewhere else to stay. Very unprofessional and aggravating to drive that far and not have a place to stay! I would not rent this place if i were you! "
