This villa with 80s decoration includes on the ground floor a large living room with a living area and a lounge area with television opening onto a south-facing terrace. A fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
A bedroom with a 140 bed and cupboard. A bedroom with two single beds and cupboard.
A bathroom. Separate WC.
On the garden level you will find a large garage with washing machine and possibility of storing bicycles inside. Enclosed and wooded garden. You can park inside the property.
PETS ALLOWED. Wifi. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.
