"Such a fun facility. The Saturday night buffet was excellent with choices and quality. All the food kiosks kept the kids happy. Play the Ice man in the Arcade as you can win the most tickets to use to “buy” stuff in gift shop. The water park is exceptional, again a lot of choices for every age group. The room was as advertised and very clean. Beautiful view off our third floor balcony. The water park is available from 10:00am ( website say 1pm but when I called was told 10am) even though you can’t check in until 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am but your park pass is still good until 8pm. Two full days of fun!!"

"This is the perfect house for large family gatherings to visit loved ones in Williamsburg. It was our second stay, but definitely not our last!"

"Location was very nice. We arrived early were told there was work being done to the property however the neighbors said he left at 10, we arrived around 1230 nobody was there and we were denied early access. Both the property and pool were not clean. Because of construction we could not access the beach. The neighbors allowed us beach access. "

"From the description, the property appeared to be a charming renovated farmhouse. It did not disappoint! The home itself has a wonderful history which was captured by the host in a beautiful presentation booklet in the living room. The updates did not distract from the original architecture which was still observable in many spaces. The home was our base of operations for our stay with two of our Williamsburg teenage grandchildren. It was convenient to the Bethpage Campground which housed a mini-golf course and delicious ice cream shoppe. We also attended a special race day at nearby Colonial Downs race track which featured not only race horses but also exotic animal racing of zebras, ostrich's and camels. Fun afternoon and evening for all!Each night the trip home was special as we observed many herds of deer in the pastures and just the non-rushed solemnity of the area.The home's kitchen was well-appointed and we ate many of our meals right there. Modern and up-to-date. We also made good use of the spacious tables for many board game competitions into the late hours.Stacy was a great host and answered our questions and made recommendations for things to do in the area. She made it a great experience!"
