"It was our first stay at this location, the receptionist was exceptional. I called ahead for an early check in and she walked me through the IHG One rewards program and I signed up on line with no problem. When we arrived she further explained at the benefits and gave me information about it. She is the perfect person for her job. The room was good and the breakfast was exceptional for a hotel with complimentary breakfast. Thank you for a great experience."

"The condo is phenomenal! It is right next door to a super cute bakery and walkable to all of the shops. We even walked to the local brewery. My only note would be that the parking is extremely tight. We drive a midsize SUV that's not huge and we had to do a six or seven point turn to get in and out of the space. We will come back, we will just bring a smaller vehicle."

"Our stay at Squeaky Shores over the Fourth of July week was fantastic! This property was more than spacious enough for our group of ten, which included six adults and four children. With multiple separate areas to hang out, we never felt crowded.The kids loved cooling off in the pool, while the adults spent hours playing billiards in the game room. In the evenings, we all gathered in the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area to watch TV, play games with the kids, and plan the next day's adventures.We appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, plates, and utensils. It was easy to make breakfast every morning, especially with the choice of both a Keurig K-cup machine and a regular drip coffee maker. The ample dining seating meant everyone could eat together comfortably.Checking in was a breeze, and we were grateful for the heads-up from the owners about the gravel road. It was definitely worth the trip off the beaten path!There's so much to see and do in the area, from amusement parks and historical sites to museums and the beach. While traffic was a bit heavy on the Williamsburg side of the York River, that was to be expected during a holiday week.Overall, we had a tremendous time and the property exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area."
