"The bathroom door was broken, there was a stench in the room. The floors and lamps were sticky. There was no staff to help with pool towels, or housekeeping to provide anything. "

Guest's names are publicly available onsite - keys are transferred via external system of hanging full name labelled envelopes at the front door. "
