"I would and have already recommended this B&B to everyone. The staff was incredible. Every request we had was met even extra bacon at breakfast. The croissants were the best I've ever had. It's quiet, peaceful, and perfect next to the waterway. I will definitely stay here again."
"This was an awesome place to stay. It was just as described, if possible even better. Great location and scenery. Close to all we wanted to visit. Will definitely be back. Thank you. "
Squeaky Shores Gloucester, VA Waterfront York River Oasis
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Squeaky Shores over the Fourth of July week was fantastic! This property was more than spacious enough for our group of ten, which included six adults and four children. With multiple separate areas to hang out, we never felt crowded. The kids loved cooling off in the pool, while the adults spent hours playing billiards in the game room. In the evenings, we all gathered in the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area to watch TV, play games with the kids, and plan the next day's adventures. We appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, plates, and utensils. It was easy to make breakfast every morning, especially with the choice of both a Keurig K-cup machine and a regular drip coffee maker. The ample dining seating meant everyone could eat together comfortably.Checking in was a breeze, and we were grateful for the heads-up from the owners about the gravel road. It was definitely worth the trip off the beaten path! There's so much to see and do in the area, from amusement parks and historical sites to museums and the beach. While traffic was a bit heavy on the Williamsburg side of the York River, that was to be expected during a holiday week.Overall, we had a tremendous time and the property exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area."

"The house was delightful and charming! We could relax and visit without being on top of each other. We’d definitely stay there again if the occasion arises. "
Bluebell Cottage! Waterfront, Boat Dock in Gloucester VA. Handicap accessible!
10/10 Excellent
"Bluebell Cottage is adorable! It was perfect for our family of 8. Staying at Bluebell Cottage felt more like just going to a friend’s house and hanging out for a week. The house is very well stocked and lots of things you can use like kayaks, grill, floats, crab trap and more. My only knock against the property is the dock and the broken boat lift. We have a boat and brought it to the property, we just tied up on the dock, but there were some major storms when we were there and it made managing the boat a very stressful situation. That said, I would rate this a 5star all day and would absolutely stay there again as well as recommend Bluebell Cottage to others."
