This wonderful vacation home is ideal for anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing vacation away from the everyday hustle and bustle. In addition to immersing yourself in untouched nature, the center of Sumartin is only 1,500 meters away. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, each of which has a bathroom, a living room, an attic that can be reached by internal stairs from the living room, and in it there is a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and it can accommodate up to 8 people in total. Apart from the interior, the place where you spend the most time is the beautiful garden with a 28m2 swimming pool and an outdoor dining room where you can enjoy socializing, eating and drinking with your friends and family. The beach and the sea are only 50 meters away from the building.
Pets are allowed in the villa, the surcharge is EUR 10 per pet/per night.
