"However we had an issue with the Aspen Pet fee. We were told that that fee was a standard corporate fee however we stayed at two aspens in a row and they range from the 30 dollars to 50. That was very disappointing."

"Highly recommend! The one bedroom suite plus two beds and kitchenette was perfect for our family of 4. Great communication, easy parking and clear directions. Two of us rented fishing gear from the Tackle Shop below the Inn and enjoyed the fishing hole across the street and at the end of the Spit at low tide thanks to the friendly, helpful staff. The other two family members enjoyed the perfect location for enjoying the shops, marina and beach. Our meals at The Broken Oar within short walk were a highlight of our trip, too."

"It was right on the water enjoyed watching the otters playing right next to the shore and you could walk very close to them loved the room and the stay really feels like being home definitely recommend"

"This home was beautiful and spotless! We loved the beautiful view from the front windows and the convenient location. We were able to quickly drive to the spit and other locations in Homer. We also appreciated that there were 3 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The house was thoughtfully stocked with coffee, laundry detergent, and other essentials. We hope to return to Homer someday and would love to stay here again!"
Serene Seldovia Cabin

"We had some mishaps with the check in process where the door code reader was dead and it didn't have a grill like the advertisment said. The owner was very sweet though and was communicative. He accommodated us to a meal in town and helped us get into the place. Overall, the spot was beautiful and was well worth it!"
