Vergane glorie

Vriendelijk personeel. Receptie opent pas om 18u, wat aan de late kant is. Hotel is erg gedateerd. Heeft ook geen lift. Badkamer erg verouderd en email in badkuip is versleten. Douchen moet je handmatig doen en douchegordijn ontbreekt (in kamer zus) of is onderaan beschimmeld (bij ons). Bed is aan de harde kant maar vooral erg smal (1.40m) Ontbijt in weekend verloopt niet vlot. Weinig keuze in broodsoorten (enkel stokbrood) en dit wordt maar mondjesmaat aangevuld. Wordt ter plaatse afgebakken en duurt soms wat langer. Ook beleg was vaak op. Wel heel veel keuze in gebak (meer dan de helft van buffet..) Parkeren kan je vlot aan de overkant van de straat op de parking van de supermarkt. Centrum Selestat ligt een dikke kilometer verder maar is zeker de moeite. Toch een fijn weekend gehad.

Hotel calme, personnel accueillant et très sympa

nous avons passer 3 nuit a cette Hotel tout c'est très bien passée, personnel souriant très sympathique l'endroit est très calme , et le buffet du petit déjeuner est très fournit il y en a pour tout les gout certes, la salle de bain et les sanitaire sont un peu datée pas trop au gout du jour .mais tout est parfaitement propre rien a redire sur quoi que ce soit très bonne établissement .

Take proof of payment to this hotel.

The hotel was fine for the price paid. Unfortunately the staff had no record that the payment for my room had been taken in July when I originally booked and wanted me to pay again. The receptionist also asked me to speak with the manager who told me that they did not take the money in advance. Luckily I had proof that the payment had been taken in July . I had to leave that issue with the receptionist so they could look into it overnight. The next morning the receptionist ( who was different) had no information about the situation and as far as she was concerned I had not paid. I persuaded her to let me leave but she said we have your credit card details. I raised this later with hotels. Com and asked for confirmation that the hotel accepted that they had my July payment and that they would not take any more more funds from my account. I have been told that I have not been double charged which to me does not seem quite the same thing. I found all of this rather stressful and annoying. I will be checking my account to see what has happened.

Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas une pause.

Bien que les accès à l'établissement soient agréables, il en est tout autre de la chambre. En effet, nous avons été hébergés dans une chambre très, trop, petite. La porte de la salle de bain ne s'ouvrant pas entièrement car le lit l'en empêchait. Il n'y avait pas de lampe de chevet, et la télévision est posée sur le bureau, déjà très petit, ce qui gène la vision lorsque l'on est couché. La salle de bain est peu pratique et l'eau chaude est inexistante, à moins de laisser couler pendant un long moment.. Les prix au restaurant sont excessifs, voir incorrects. Enfin la propreté générale laisse pour le moin à désirer. Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas de s'y arrêter.

Durch die Lage des Hotels war man nicht sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt und man findet immer eine Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Die Lage meines Zimmers war ruhig und das Früchstück eine Wucht. Auch war an der Freundlichkeit des Personals nichts auszusetzen.

Just one night in the city for business

The hotel is quite good in case you need to stop for a night during ypur holiday trip in the zone. Absolutely no raccomanded in case you are in the city for business. Thanks to the supermarket in the front you can easily find a parking for your car. The room was clean but the furnitures were poor. Big screen tv. The bath was too small for an adult. No bidet ! (in the picture on the website was showed). The water flow of the shower was out of control: too hot or too cold...no way to find the right mix. In general may be OK for one night but needs a deep refurbishment.

Super séjour, mais isolation phonique à revoir

Bon séjour, personnel accueillant et serviable. Énorme problème d'isolation phonique, on entend les conversations des gens de la chambre à côté comme si le mur n'était qu'une simple porte, leur sonnerie de téléphone... par chance j'ai eu affaire à des voisins de chambre respectueux le soir.

je ne retournerai pas a cet hotel.vu mon arive apres 23 h,jai telephone 12 fois pour avoir le code mais la reception etait en automatique alors q uelle est ouverte a 16 h.a 1h du matin je me suis rendue a l hotel ;j,ai telephone au numero de nuit.le veilleur est venu m ; ouvrir.mais le matin douche froide.pas d; eau chaude.seul point positif. petit dejeuner copieux

Bruyant...sans ascenseur

De passage à Sélestat, nous sommes venus passer une nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous étions logés au deuxième étage sans ascenseur. Cerise sur le gâteau, soirée piscine dans la maison en face à 10 mètres....Donc, nous avons pu nous endormir après la surprise partie !!!

A recommander

Très bon accueil, chambre confortable, petit-déjeuner pantagruélique, diner unique et de qualité. Le seul bémol tient au petit-déjeuner non compris dans le prix du séjour.
