Sellin's landmark and main attraction is without a doubt the 400 meter long pier with restaurant. Originally built in 1906, it was destroyed twice over the years and was completely demolished in 1978. The new building was built in the 1990s based on the old model and since 1998 it has once again risen proudly above the sea.
