"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."

"The location is excellent. It was really value for money. You can get food very easily. Just take the lift down and there are all kinds of food nearby. Grab food is also convenient to collect."

"The unit is so big and spacious with a queen and day bed, a study, a living room, and kitchen and dining. The internet is good, 5G. The agent was very responsive and clear about instructions. I didn't know I have to deposit 300 MYR cash so I offered that I give him a mix of different currencies. He ended up just asking me 40USD, for formality. Am glad he's that considerate. "Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. The apartment is poorly furnished. Broken taped up side tables, non functioning plug sockets, one remote that needed to be used for two air conditioners, filthy floor mattresses and quilts...

"We stayed in this property with my family, the rooms were really clean, the service was great and staff were really helpful and responsive at all times. The location is convenient, walking distance to Bangsar ,( shuttles also available ) however it’s a bit noisy and busy as it is still a central and busy suburb. Shared washer and dryer were available for a fee, but not in the apartment."

"We were at the location but couldnt get hold of the property’s. We called more than 10 times and finally managed to speak to someone told us the room is not ready. We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready. Seems that hotel.com did not informed that we are checking in. I was so surprised with the kind of services that hotel.com is providing and reason not...

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious.
