My room wasn’t great, so as soon as they could they moved me - staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel is in a great location - easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing set up. The pool was our favourite, staff were so lovely! The breakfast was delicious- so many different options and i love that it was 7-11am. The pool timing is perfect too. You cannot hear the streets at night. Its right close to the beach. Only thing was the shower was blocked, bath tub drain block was hard to remove, could do with shower revamp.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak. The hotel was perfect for families with kids, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was good for shops and nice beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families

We loved everything. Buffet breakfast was amazing! Kids loved the pools and my 5 year old could reach the bottom of the top main pool which was great. Fish feeding was a highlight. Cozy spacious rooms. Tidy. Lovely staff! Great location close to beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, massage places, gelato shop across the road. So so good!

We chose Grand Mercure Seminyak Beach as our final stop in Bali before returning to Australia, and it was a lovely way to finish our holiday. The location was perfect — right on the border of Seminyak and Legian, so we loved being able to enjoy the mix of both areas, while also being so close to the beach. We upgraded to a water-view room, which was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Our only concern was that we weren’t told the upgraded room wasn’t quite ready until after agreeing to the upgrade, which would have been helpful to know beforehand. The room was also extremely hot when we entered due to the card-operated electricity and air-conditioning, although it cooled down eventually. The facilities were lovely and the spa was a real highlight. Beautiful facilities and our treatment was an absolutely delicious treat to end the holiday! Staff were friendly and very attentive — perhaps a little overly attentive at breakfast when we would have preferred to relax without quite so many check-ins, but clearly well intentioned. Overall, a beautiful stay with a fantastic location, lovely facilities and wonderful spa. A great final stop in Bali!

The hotel was very clean and centrally located and 3 minutes from the beach which was perfect for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was good and well equipped. My room was clean and I had a great pool facing view. Highly recommended!

Beautifully presented hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was immaculately clean and the breakfast was pretty close to perfect. All the staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem for them. If going to Bali again it is the only place i would stay. We stayed in a poolside room.
