Would have been great

Pros - big spacious room that looked quite modern… nice bathroom… good location. Cons - booked a non refundable room (booked a few days prior to arriving), there was an option for a twin room… not long after I get an email saying they cannot guarantee this… so I obviously couldn’t cancel as I’d loose the whole amount… then on arrival we had to pay and extra 200k per night for another bed… just felt ripped off as I selected a twin in the booking. I suggest do not have this available if you cannot guarantee or fulfill this for your guests. - something was coming up through the shower drain on the last morning… too big for a gecko… but told staff and they came with insect repellent…. We turned the shower on for a while after and it didn’t reappear… but I’d probably look into that?? Whatever it was, it wasn’t small.

First of all, the rooms are just as advertised. Very spacious, comfy and nicely decorated, clean as well. The pool and surrounding needs a bit of TLC maybe because the property has been functioning for years. Situated in a very central yet secluded location. 5/5 on location wise. Staffs are also helpful. Kudos. Downside. The wifi is un-usable on times, especially when the rooms are occupied. We couldn't even open simple apps like grab on wifi so if you decide to work here maybe come with your own solution for connectivity. Thing to take note : They have an on going construction just in front of the property so if you decide to spend most of the time on property would not be a good idea to choose this location for a year or so. The construction doesn't seem to be working consistently so sometimes will be quiet. Once they have fixed that situation and give the external areas a bit of refresh TLC will definitely make the place 5/5 for the price we pay. I rated 4 stars for the room and the location. Can improve a bit.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Le lit est très confortable et la literie est propre. La chambre est spacieuse et au rez de chaussé c'est agréable d'être directement sur la piscine. Il y a un beau coin salon à l'extérieur sur le bord de la piscine, très agréable pour y siroter une boisson. Outre le lit et la literie, la propreté laisse à désirer, l'intérieur des tiroirs de meubles sont sales de même que plusieurs coins de la chambre incluant le réfrigérateur. Une odeur désagréable se dégage du drain de douche. Nous avions 2 chambres et les deux avaient ce problème. La piscine est agréable mais mal entretenue. L'hotel est situé dans le fond d'une petite ruelle et est difficile à trouver quoique l'hotel est bien situé dans le quartier.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for family of 3 adults and is clean and feels very private (only 6 units onsite). Access to shops, the beach and restaurants is easy walk.

Goos Value for money in a great location

Didn’t expect much for this inexpensive hotel, but the bed, bedding, pillows were 5-star! It’s a small place without a hotel kitchen, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's a nice little place tucked away from noise, yet walking distance to many restaurants & night life of Seminyak. Downside- had to walk the distance to get breakfast every morning, so if you are not a morning person it isn't so pleasant. Their is no front desk or prominent sign with the name so on arrival it took us a while to locate the place. Rooms are well maintained, bedsheets were changed everyday. Staff is friendly and helpful and attended to our problem of less water pressure in bathroom shower immediately. Overall not a bad place at all.

Relaxing stay

Very enjoyable stay We booked the cheaper room and were on the ground floor. Our door opened to the pool which I think was much better than being upstairs. We used the pool every day.

Best of both worlds

Fantastic fast service and stayed here twice during our trip since it is the best place we have stayed in Bali for the price. Quick beach access and very good local cafes and restaurants.

Lovely

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff exceptionally helpful, and friendly. Our room was a lovely size, very spacious for 3 people the bathroom was also spacious and nicely layed out and clean. I would recommend Room and Vespa 4 to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay in Seminyak.
