Wonderfully maintained hotel. Large property with many 4-unit Lanais. Nice pool and ocean front beach setting. The hotel hosts cultural dances nearly every evening and has local artists on site selling their work. The gift shop is very competitively priced with a classy selection of local items. Good restaurant with many Indonesian themed dinners. Overall it is the class and service one would expect of Oberoi.

Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

The hotel and grounds were very well maintained. The plants, trees and landscape were beautiful. The hotel was spotless and smelled Amazing. The staff was excellent. Superb hotel and accommodations.

Our stay at the Legian was remarkable. To be fair, I have stayed at multiple 5 star rated resorts in the US and Caribbean and our experience here blew the others away. We actually ended up extending our stay by another two nights because we didn't want to leave. If you are able, I absolutely recommend staying in one of the private villas. Our butler Sande was just incredible, able to help with restaurant recommendations, booking dinner, tours, really anything we needed at all. The private pool...

If you want all the comforts of home with a butler that gives you all the attention you would like, then this is the place. If you want a full service hotel with a gym, restaurant and an oceanfront, this is not the place. It is great value for a very very nice villa. You have a private, large dunking pool, a cozy outdoor living room and kitchen, and a well appointed and comfortable bedroom. Amazing property! I always stay here in Seminyak.

We stayed in a number of hotels in Ubud, Kuta and Gilis, and this was by far the most outstanding. Simply put you get what you pay for here. We took the room across the road and it made little difference to the comfort and convenience of our stay. The room itself is beautifully laid out and the decor excellent. The hotel itself is amazing, with the highlight being the infinity pool overlooking Seminyak beach. The highlight was watching the sunset and surfers in the afternoon. Cannot say enough...

Room is clean. Staff are friendly. Room service is awesome. Food is not over-priced. We will come back again. It does looks like the photos. We had an awesome time.

Far too many vacation experiences have been memorable and very nice, but with these trips i was always a tourist visiting. AT the Samaya in Seminyak for the first time i felt like a princess, transformed not only by the scenery and facilities but by the service. This hotel is not large and sits on some prme beach real estate in an area of Seminyak filled with restaurants and shops. The villas are out of this world. Amazing experience! Great staff. They were very friendly and were able to help with all my requests. They even go out and buy basic essentials for you if requested. Rooms look great! I like how they basic living room opens up to the pool. The feel of the place made me and my friends feel like we were actually on vacation and not just visiting.

This hotel is utterly amazing! It is so beautiful with such great amenities. The hotel staff was over the top nice and helpful. And it is located off a side street off a main strip of hotels, restaurants, stores etc.

The stay was good and staff were very helpful rooms always clean but the place is a little outdated fridge needs to be bigger bathroom a little awkward.Shops close Bintang supermarket 2 minutes away very nice stay for 2 weeks.

Stayed 4 nights, wished we had stayed longer. Rooms were fantastic, very clean and upmarket. Great location. A very enjoyable stay
