It was pulled out and there were crackers/crumbs, etc. went to the desk to get new linens and a blanket and got told rudely by the female that they don't normally do that. Insisted on the items. Was told "she would have to write that down". Went to the desk the next morning and the nice gentleman said that was unacceptable and he was reporting it to the manager. Otherwise, very clean, good food selections for breakfast. Gave an excellent overall rating. "

"This place served our purpose. Positives - friendly staff, clean bathroom, great breakfast. Negatives - This property is old, tired, and dirty. The hallway carpet looks like it hasn't been shampooed in years. It smells really bad. The place needs a lot of cosmetic repairs and a good cleaning. The room, above floor level, was clean and nice, but I really did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet. "

"Room reeked of marijuana and there were zero rooms available to for us to change to. The desk attendant came to the room with fabreeze and made the room smell better for about 5 minutes. The mini fridge was covered in something sticky all over the door and the wallpaper was being held on by pieces of blue painters tape. The breakfast is the worst carton eggs that you’ve ever had. Dry and tasteless. I would never stay here again as I should have probably demanded a refund and slept in my car."
